It's Easy To Draw

I came into this course as a colourist with no drawing skills at all. I took this course to learn basic drawing skills but I was shocked to discover that, with Lisa's teaching, I am actually very good! Honestly, it's such a surprise, I can't even have modesty about it yet. I am so thrilled I chose to do this course and so grateful to Lisa for her accessible and effective teaching style... thank you Lisa!

This is a great course for both beginners and advanced students looking to refresh their knowledge base. I had so much fun during this course. Full of fundamental information presented in a way that makes it fun and easy to follow.

I’ve found the course engaging, rewarding and empowering. It provided me with an organized basic knowledge of different paper kinds and pencil grades that helped me to better understand how to choose a particular medium in order to achieve a desired effect. I’ve learned new methods, e.g. how to make a grid to transfer an image on any size of paper I want, which I find especially empowering, because it provided me with the tool to reproduce complex subjects (like a statue head, which I thought was beyond the realm of my skills). The course also gave me the opportunity to explore new techniques, e.g. the use of black and white charcoal, that I had never used before. The lessons are packed with informations and the videos are particular useful to see how it’s done.
